Hi doctor, My baby born with weight ,3.2;kg but in a week time his weight reduced to 2.7 kg Now after 1 month 4 days his weight is 3.6kg Is this healthy weight gain? He is not breast feed , no formula milk

I have two questions regarding kids of 9 years 1. When kids brush in the morning and they remove pitta khafa putting they fingers in mouth or should let it go only cleaning tongue is enough for them 2.When they feel like vomit due to indigestion should they wait till it comes out,or they can put their fingers in mouth and remove it... What is the solution for pitta khafa if it comes daily
