Child Health Issues

Hello my 24 days old daughter is having a bulge on her left side of the neck. There's no pain ..the neck movements are also good. Im attaching her ultrasound report. Kindly check and tell me what is it. Im worried. And what should i do. I had consulted a pediatrician the doctor said it could be milk which got accumulated there. But ultrasound is showing some sort of soft issue. Kindly help.

Hi, my baby has fever after 6 weeks vaccination. It's been 3 days and fever still continues. His temperature on forehead is 99.8 however the body temperature is above 100.2 I'm using infrared thermometer. His temperature drops when I give Dolo and raises again in few hours. He isn't feeding well because of fever. Is it normal or should I see a doctor?

Can I give my 9 month old zincovit drops by mixing in water? He does not take it plain. I have been giving it with Breastmilk all these days.
