Red rashes

2.6year old has started developing this red rashes from today morning. She had viral fever & under medication it's her 3rd of antibiotics & other medicines like cold , cough. Stomach look bloated

My baby is 7 months old and since 3-4 days baby is very cranky fussy as well during night and day. Wake up very quickly from her sleep and when I give her breastmilk she always suck the milk and sleep then wake up again. Since yesterday I notice her stomach bloated or swallow.
