Baby is 5months old , having loose stools since a week, giving him Z and D drops, and enterogerminia in starting 2 days it did stop then we introduced rice rice cerelac again watery stools have started, it's not completely watery but it's loose, can we go for vaccination dtwp 3rd already we are 2months late for the vaccination, and now since a week it's again getting delayed. Loose stools frequency 5-6/ day Please guide
