Child Health Issues

My baby boy had stuffy nose with dry cough. The pediatrician prescribed panthor dx syrup ( 2 times ), omnix 100 (2 times ) for 6 days and naso clear 4 times for 14 days. I gave him,  both the syrups for 2 days. I just studied about these syrups and found it is not recommended for babies of his age. Now I am stressed out about the effects. Can you please suggest whether I need to stop those medications or shall I continue to complete the dosage for the next 4 days as per doctor prescription.

Hi, My son aged 3 years 11 months. Already have MMR vaccine at 15 months. Now, there arranged MR vaccine in his pre school. Can we have MR vaccine now?

My baby girl is 4 months 18 days old shes on breastfeed since birth but all of sudden shes not taking proper feed since 4th month and its worse now , but passes urine more than 15times a day and weight now is 5.833 kg birth weight was 2.5 kg is this normal pls help also in the night when I sleep around 2 am and 4 am-she will be hungry but am unable to recognise that sometimes I give sometimes i go into deep sleep without any consciousness i feel am not doing great for my daughter how to control sleep midnights pls help

Good evening doctor, my daughter is 4 months 18days old her birth weight was 2.5kg yesterday current weight is 5.83kg and she's on breastmilk since birth am breastfeeding my baby not using formula milk but still shes not gaining weight also she drinks very less milk each breast less than 7mins and gap of3 to 4 hours also from past two weeks shes not taking proper feed is this normal? Please reply what to do feb 13 she will complete her 5th month so by march 1st week can I give her semi solid fruit puree and breastmilk on and off in a day ? Pls help thank toh

My baby boy is 4 months old...he was having cough since 1 month... doctor gave all the necessary medicines and baby boy cough is better now..but still sometimes he has nose conjection and some times ghur ghur sound also and once in a while he coughs..im really worried about this...is this normal? How much time it takes to cough,nose conjection,mucus to completely go away..pls doctor's help me with this

Sir my 10 month old baby had cough & cold from past 25 days, yesterday he got fever of 99.7°. We visited pediatrician nearby & he prescribed medicine as ambroxol hydrochloride & salbutamol syrup along with Amoxicillin & potassium clavulanate dispersible tablets & meftal suspension in case of fever. He asked to avoid citrus fruits & banana. But sir he is only breastfeeding & not eating anything. As he sees food he starts crying & he is constipated too, anything more to avoid or what I can give him. When he will again continue start eating . Also for constipation what diet i can give? Please suggest

Hello my 4 month old has a flat spot on left side and recently she has started rolling over from back to tummy. In the night  after she is kept on her back, she tries to roll over in sleep after sometime and I place a load so she doesn't roll over in sleep, while doing so she sleeps on her left side almost all night and stiffens her body if I try to bring her back on her back. Due to this her flat spot is worsening I think. During day time she sleeps on her back. What can be done? Will the flat spot go away on its own since repositioning is not working

My girl baby is 3 years old and she understands and follows all instructions.she speaks and identify more than 1000 words and also repeating if we teach something telling rhymes alphabets numbers everything but not initiating the real time communication and only tells key words on needs

My baby is 3 months old. My baby having seizures with low blood sugar at 3 rd day after birth. She was in nicu doctors done all test everything was negative. But in mri they said as a typical actue viral encephalitis. In EEG They represent as mild to moderate Encepathalogy. I n hsptl they give antibiotics for 7 days. After that we got discharge. Now my baby is doing well. She will reach all the milestone correctly. Will this prblm affect my baby future. Plz reply.

We are travelling to in laws place, baby has fever, travelling via train through ac coach, what precautions can we take so that the fever doesn't rise, time to time will give paracetamol and meftal syrup, other than how can I take care of him, so that we reach safely to Hyderabad. It's a. 11hr journey please guide and help.
