Child Health Issues

My baby of 20months old has been having fever since last 5 days and hasnt had food since then. We initially gave ibugesic plus but he kept puking after every dose.then our doctor changed medicine and gave Crocin ds , azee 200 and sinarest af. But he is vomiting right after medicine intake and hasnt been eating. He had 2 loose motions as well today We are worried now.

Hi Docs, My baby boy is 5.5 months old. His birth weight was 2.86KG . But now his weight is 6.1KG. The weight has been constant for the last 1 month. Is it a worrying sign? Shall I consult a pediatrician?

Baby is 5 month old having fever every month high grade fever102-103 degree, he will intially have cold and then it would lead to fever,what can be the cause it's 3rd month since this is happening, after a course of antibiotics he gets fine, will give him flu vaccination after he completes 6 'months, what can be they reason, I read google about this, it's showing very worrisome results. My baby is about to complete 3 months in another 3 days. He is not having full head control ( back support is needed) and while he is on his tummy he is not lifting his head( started tummy time at 12 weeks). Other activities are normal. While he is on his back he can turn his head to sideways. Concern is not having steady neck and not lifting his head while he is on tummy. Please suggest if we have to inform pediatrician on this?

My baby was born prematurely at 36 weeks 5 days, his height was 44cm. He is now 2 months old his height during 6 weeks vaccination was 55cm. He is 9 weeks old today and there is no increase in his height. Is it something to be worried about? His weight gain is normal and otherwise he is healthy.

Hi, Is it common for a child of 6 years to have body temperature 96 degrees and sometimes 95 degrees ? Sometimes his body is normal but inner palm and feet only having chillness. He is under antibiotics kefpod 100 for 4 days and A6 papaya based syrup for 3 days. The body temperature also is low for 3 days. ( He has just recovered from dengue and returning normal having improving appetite and normal urine)
