Typhoid fever reduction day
Hello doctor, my daughter has fever since last 5 days and severe fever goes suddenly high to 103-104 in last 2 days. Last 2 days she is on antibiotics plus meftal p. Wanted to check in how many days of antibiotic usages we can see improvement in typhoid fever frequency and high fever reduction

Give paracitamol every 4 to 6 hrly . maintain hydration.
It takes 3 to 5 days to fever to respond
