Hi , my baby is 5 months old and not pee in all night since yesterday. She pee very less in the morning too. Baby is drinking BM. Please suggest on this.

My baby is 1yeqr old..and three days back i introduced nuts almonds and dates to him..i soaked each one overnight and grinded it with robust banana and gave it as a breakfast for three days straight..and for the next day he was constipated and later on developed fever..i consulted doctor and he told its viral fever and gave medicine..he is not having cold or cough only fever ..he is touching ing his belly button every time..is this due to indigestion..i gave him colic yeaterday night and tdy morning..and he passed loose motion..
