Is mefkind ds unsafe for three yr old?...is it safe to give vit d n iron supplement during same day of giving mefkind ds...or shld avoid on tat day n to give next day

Is it safe using nebulizer too often? And another alternative or precautions to avoid cold Thank you

My son is 5 year old. He had gastroenteritis last Oct 2023. And he recovered in 2 weeks. From then, he is having some frequent infections, like cold, eye infection every 2 weeks. And now he has got a fever. What could be the reason for these frequent infections?. Otherwise he is active and goes to school.

Daughter having asthama. 6 year old. Doctor suggest inhaler will go on for 2 years at least. 2 doses 2 times a day. ( (already confirmed from another doctor who also fine with treatment)).
