Hi, my girl is three yrs old...she has been vaccinated for typhoid two doses given as injection...NW my sister's husband family member got typhoid n admitted in hospital...her husband is taking care of him ..he coming regularly to our home too...does he spread it to my daughter bcoz of close contact or to me n our family members

Hello Doctor, My son is 17 months old. His weight 11 kg. Ht os 75cm. We give him rice, dhal, suji, carrots, beans and papay and cow milk sometimes. From past 2 month we are observing Hair Fall. And black color patch on one side of the head. We give head bath once in two week. We use spoo shampoo. Please let us know what could be the reason for hair fall . Please find the attached photo. Hi, My kid is 7 year old. She will turn 8 soon. Her weight is 24.1 and height wise  she is bit tall. Coz her dad has also height . But she is too thin, she likes more of sweets, she has fruits, but vegetables very less, non veg she has chicken, egg. But still her weight is less, I feel. Looking for some multivitamin syrup or calcium to build her immunity. And how long should i give her. Please mention it here. As m working full day, don't get time to take her down also much to play. We both are working full time . Me n my husband. She is our only daughter. Kindly guide. Her physical activity is very less at home. Some good multivitamin or calcium or protein for her weight gain and good immunity. Elsewise she is fine, no other health issues.

Hello Doctors, My baby is 5 days old. Since I am still not having good BM my doctor has asked to give Formula feed because he has jaundice TBC 9.7 . Now when I give him FM he sleeps full day. I have to literally shake and wake him up for next feed everytime. I am very worried . Is it normal. I tried using breast pump and only 1/ 2 milk came out. So I can't just keep him on BM . Please tell me is it ok for baby to keep sleeping after having FM. My baby birth weight was 3.2 and now after 5 dats it gas been reduced to 2.7. 500 GM's in 5 days. So I can't take risk of not giving FM too Please help.

My son went to the bathroom crying saying his tummy is hurting down .and he did poop . I saw red mucus in the beginning and he did normal poop later. Please check the attached picture and please let me know. Now he's fine playing please guide

My son had mild congestion since last 20 days. He used to cough a bit only at night time and in the morning. Otherwise everything was ok. But since morning today he has been coughing a lot that he had vomitted milk. Also his nose is blocked. Afebrile. What can I give him to relive his cough as it is bothering him a lot.

My daughter is 2.5years old but is stuck at 9.4kgs. Her birth weight was 2.65kgs. she is otherwise very active and doesn't fall sick often and in line with her milestones  but I'm concerned about her weight and general wellness and deficiencies.. She has two teeth broken due to decay and two other have fillings. She doesn't like to eat much at one go.. and is very very picky . Doesn't like veggies  and lentils at all. She likes fish, egg, chicken but that too depends on mood. She absolutely resents whole milk. She was lactose intolerant after birth, which resolved at around 9mo this age. I'm single handedly managing everything and have an elder son - so I'm not able to devote as much time and energy towards her eating habits as much as I should as I don't have any help. On a local paediatric suggestion, I have just started with Zincovit syr 2.5ml twice daily (he said 5ml once daily, but she vomits when I give 5ml at one go). Please help.

Our baby is 20 days old. He is constantly feeding every one hour. He starts sucking his hand or will cry till we start feeding him. Is it normal? He pees like 10-12 times a day. Some feeds last for 30-40 minutes. While others last only about 5-10 minutes. Is it normal behaviour of the baby?

My baby is 1year 20days old..no teeth yet..so consulted doctor..doctor suggested for some blood test..result is attached herewith..my baby is 35weeks preterm..and was having low hb from start

My 5.5 month baby is mixed fed(no bottle feeding).she is passing lose green mucus stool from past one week almost after every feed. Please help us by checking the stool report if everything is fine
