5 month baby yellow urine
Hi
Since few days my baby is not urinating much and urine is yellow.
Was giving formula feed twice a day but since few days have reduced it and since then seems like my baby has reduced weight also urination is not as before.
Can this be due to dehyration as it is too hot in my region?
Since my baby is refusing formula feed from bottle it had become difficult to feed her and may be breastmilk is not sufficient.
Please help..

Most likely it is because of inadequate feeds leading to dehydration
Needs to consult in person to evaluate for poor feed acceptance
