My son is 1 year 9 months old . I noticed that he is having white spots on his face from last 10 days and it is spreading. I dewormed him last month. What should I do?

My 10-month-old baby has had a yellow pimple-like bump on the bottom side of his penis for the last one and a half months. For the past 20 days, I’ve been applying Neosporin-H cream as advised by a doctor, but there has been no improvement. The area looks swollen and sensitive, and my baby cries when touched. Can anyone help me understand what this might be and what further treatment or steps I should take? Current Doctor suggested to contact Surgeon for removal.

We have a new born baby who is 1 month old. For the last 2 weeks we have observed that he sleeps very less during the night. It's not that he's sleeping soundly during the day as well. He whines and moans a lot during his sleep which eventually wakes him up, thus the less sleep. We consulted a pediatrician and he suggested it's due to gas and told us to give regular tummy time and burp after every feed. Now, particularly at night, my baby usually falls asleep while feeding. The dilemma is if I get him to burp after the feed, it wakes him up and then getting him back to sleep is another challenge. If we get him to feed he will fall asleep but burping him will be missed and as a result it might wake him up later at night. Please suggest what we can do to avoid this cycle.

My baby is 5 months old, catches cold often so visited a paediatric pulmonologist and he checked and said lungs are fine and it might be aspiration and acid reflux and prescribed 1/2 tablet of Lanzol Junior morning and night for 15 days. Is it safe to give ?? Like he was not diagnosed but Doctor told may be so is it safe to give this tablet for 15 days ?

Hi Doctors, My baby was born on 32nd week of gestation and was in NICU for a month. Now the baby is one and a half month of age and current weight is 2.55 kgs. Our doctor has told us to feed the baby only through paladai, the baby was taking it fine but from couple of days is not appropriately taking the feed from palda. We are only giving breast milk. My question is 1. Can we give baby feed via bottle, since baby relucting in taking feed from palada? 2. Would bottle feeding impact breast feeding?
