Child Health Issues

My 3 month baby has developed skin darkening around the diaper elastic area at upper medial thigh. I'm using pampers small size. The size and fit is perfect acc to his weight. Also, I'm applying himalaya baby powder at every diaper change.

Baby is gassy almost all the time I feed then burp keep him upright for 10 minutes Giving bonnisan and colimex but to no avail it just keeps the baby calm till the effect lasts bonnisan during the day 2 times and colimex at night Poops on day 2 and becomes restless exclusive breastfeeding no bottle given or formula Having home cooked food only and aware of the food that trigger the baby Because he's not sleeping there are no long wake windows and so no tummy time Just feeding and putting him back to sleep Baby is also very tired after feeds because not sleeping at night

My daughter has a cough, congestion, and a cold, and her lips are also very dry. Please suggest what I should do. There is no pollution issue, but she still isn't well.

My baby (6 mon old )had high grade fever (103-104) for 3 days. For which iv antibiotics and paracetamol was given. Now he is afebrile. He is not smiling at all since 4 days and fussy when awake. My son is 2 years 2 month old is breathing heavily only at evening. It's like he is difficultly breathing through nose. Sound is coming sometimes. Night' time while sleeping there is no snoring. Day time also no problem. What should we do

I unknowingly applied garlic to baby feet it has caused burn, I have applied cipladine ointment twice so far...is it safe ?? attaching the pic of burn which ointment to use please suggest.
