Hello doctors, My son is 4 months old his is more than 5 kg he is on nanpro formula from his born time he poops everyday with normal stools we gave him cow milk with water diluted and nanpro as well and he pooped well too that day ..is it okay if we continue it till he is a year old ..I don't have breastmilk so we have kept him on complete formula.We buy cow milk fresh from dairy which is expressed and immediately sold within few hours so this is not a packet milk .

Hello doctor, My 4 years kids suffering from dry cough from last 35 days we have used tuxq and other dry syrup but still she is not well yet. We also consult 2 pediatric doctor and they suggest for use another syrup but no one effective. Please help me and suggest how to possible to cure this issue. Is there any special syrup available for this problem.

Anomaly 20 Week Scan Report. Right Renal Pelvis : 6.4mm Left Renal Pelvis : 4.3mm Dr Said there is swelling in right kidney. Please tell whether this is normal thing or something serious. Is it chance of MALE or FEMALE foetus? Attaching  my anomaly scan reports .

My daughter is 4 years old. She recently had an abdominal ultrasound, and the report shows multiple gallstones in the gallbladder. The largest stone is 3.7 mm. All other organs like liver, pancreas, CBD, kidneys, and spleen are normal. She does not have abdominal pain, vomiting, or fever. But sometimes she has mild breathing difficulty. I want to know: Is a 3.7 mm gallstone in a 4-year-old child serious? Does she need any treatment or only monitoring? Is surgery needed at this stage? Can small stones dissolve or pass on their own in children? Is her occasional breathing issue related to gallstones or something else? What precautions or diet should we follow for her? What further tests (blood tests) should we do? How often should we repeat the ultrasound? Ultrasound impression: Cholelithiasis (multiple small stones).
