Care AI Shimmer
Looks like simple heat rash and mild scalp dandruff type rash, very common in babies. No need to worry. Keep area clean and dry, avoid sweating. Don’t overdress baby. For scalp: apply coconut oil for 20–30 min then gentle wash. For neck/chin: keep dry, you can apply calamine lotion 2–3 times a day.
