My kid had fever and doctor examined and said there is little throat congestion and suggested if fever is not decreasing after 2 days to start antibiotics rapiclav. After starting he got loose motion where motion is like complete liquid.This happened 2-3 times.Is it side effect of the antibiotics? Should I go to doctor again.

My son is 5 months old.his head is slightly flat on left side.otherwise he is very active &playful achieved milestone perfectly. Is this cause for concern or not ?

Can I give my 1 year 2 months old child Ambrolite S syrup ... Please elaborate this ... I am told to give 2ml for my child

My son is 7 months 14 days old. From last 2 days he is having high fever of 102.2. I am giving him medicine 'noble plus' for fever, 'montair' for cough and nasal drop for running nose. After medicine the temperature is normal and within 4 hrs the body temperature is back to 102.2. Would this all affect him mentally?? I have heard that children below 1 year of age of get fever they get mentally ill. Will my son also get neurological damage?? I am extremely worried. What should I do.

Baby age:16 months. Weight: 8.22kg. He had fever last week on 26th august evening of 101 and the fever lasted till 28th august early morning. After that he had cough for 2 days and recovered now. But 2 days back I noticed lymph node swollen at back of his head left side which is soft and movebale and size less than a pea. No pain and redness and skin also not swelled.No swelled lymph node on other side of head. Please let me know what can cause this? Can a viral fever cause lymph node to swell?

My baby is 1.5 months old. I recently started bottle feeding since 2 days for the baby but the baby completely stopped breastfeed. Is there any way to bring baby back to breast feeding or can feed from both.

My baby boy is 2yr old and his body weight is 11 kg approximately. He is suddenly started coughing from yesterday. I didn't give any medication because it was not much . I just gave him warm water along with clove and Ginger water . I massage his feet in night with warm mustard oil( garlic and carrom seeds). His temp in night was 99.4 and after few hours it becomes normal 98.5. I feel his body temp is normal but his feet and hand is little warm compared to body. Today morning he is coughing little more... so I gave him wikoryl drop 1.2 ml. When I can repeat the medication?

My 4 month baby coughing a lot and very hard can k give few drops of tulsi leaves crushed juice to him.

Hi Dr. My baby girl birth weight was 2.8 kg Now she is 6.5 kg at 6.5 months old. She didnt gained weight from last 25 days. Its been same 6.5kg. She is active, started crawling slowly and started having solids ( 1 meal and 1snack) along with Breastmilk and formula milk I am worried as she is not gaining weight. Pls help me
