Baby is 5 month old with 6.2 kg weight and 65 cm height. She is exclusive breastfeed. Can i start solid now ? Is there any issue in starting early.

My 2.5 month baby has small dark spot on nose. After one month of delivery he has small pimple on nose after that it become dark spot. Now almost one month completed but the spot is not fade. Is it any birth mark?

Hello doc, my daughter is 3.5 years old , weight is 12.7kg. my daughter was suffering from cough and cold with slight warm body , so doctor gave her Azithral 100 bd, Delcon and suventus ls. This all was 10 days back and her course of medicines completed 5 days back. But  She was having light coughing 2-3 times in a whole day , After 5 days also. Last night she ate Lauki ka paratha and slept and we also gave her 5ml Moktel syrup before sleep. She slept by 11.30pm but near 2am in the night she suddenly coughed once and vomited all the food she had last night , thenwe went to sleep again after washing and changing clothes. But again after 1 hour she again had a sensation of coughing and vomited again with some grains of lauki she had and liquid was sticky . After cleaning and all she again went to sleep. In all this scenario she didn't had fever or warm body . Please suggest what should we do and why she had all this episode.
