Child Health Issues

Hello, My toddler 2 years 10 months doesn't want to eat food at all since 3 days.He wants milk, homemade orange juice, and 1-2 marie biscuits or few banana chips. It was difficult to feed him since start but then also he used to have 3 proper meals a day like oats, suji porridge, makahana kheer, ragi, mashed roti with dal/ gravy veggies. But now he doesn't want anything to be touched to his mouth. He is active and playful. And taking fluids. Please advise

My Son is 2 years 4 months plus old. He has cough (Khansi). The doctor prescribed 2.5 ml Asthakind Junior DX. Is it safe? As it contains Dextromethorphan

Hi Doctor, Our doctor suggested to take Criz M syrup 2.5 ml daily for 1 month to prevent cold cough etc for my 7th month old son. I am a bit worried if it will have any side effects. Kindly suggest. He had two episodes of cough in the last 3 weeks, and had to take ascoril syrup for 5 days each time.

My baby is 7 months old ans he passed hard stool today which was black on the outside but when o break it - it's green , orange and brown on the inside . He did not poop for a day . Respected doctors... My baby was diagnosed with bilateral pelviectasis...during anamoly scan. After one month in during growth scan...it has became normal some how range between 5.1mm and 5.6mm... Now the baby is 7 days old...the baby is urinating 5 to 6 times a day ...and it is passing motion normally...and the baby is not crying during urination.. Even the pediatrician also advised to get scanning of KUB MY QUESTION IS 1.Is this 5 to 6 urination is NORMAL? 2.how many times does the baby of 7 days should urinate...? Baby is fine in all aspects...kindly suggest
