Child Health Issues

My 2 months old baby was wiggling thought out the night yesterday. She has routine of drinking milk every 3hrs at night but last night didn't wake up for milk for 5hrs and continuously moving

My baby age is 5 month 28 days and weights id 7.2 kg, we have recently started semi solid food for 2 times like khichri and apple puree. Rest times formula milk having but from last 7 to 8 days we are seeing that he is passing stool immediately after every feed, also sometimes while starting to feeding him milk and he is drinking a little and again he is passing stool. In a day like this 7 to 8 times he is pooping. Stool is not watery baby is active and urine output is also ok. attaching two images of stool for reference. Kindly guide is there anything to be concerned?

My 4 year old daughter is having Hyperactivity and an irregular sleeping cycle. Started speaking a few words. Doctor has advised the following meds 1. Melatonin 5 ml once at night 2. Risnia 0.1 ml once at night Is Risnia a good medicine for controlling Hyperactivity? Are there any side affects? If the dosage is ok for her with 13 Kg weight?

My 95 days baby boy is not waking up for feeding during nights...when he starts sleeping at 11.30...he never wakes up at night...he is crying around 6clk in the morning..that time itself he just taking 5-10mins feed only... again back to sleep at wake up around 9clk only...is this normal??I am afraid my milk supply will decrease if he won't take a feed... what should I do..

My baby is one month old. While feeding accidentally I hit my baby head with my elbow but baby haven't cried and even checked for any marks on head , found no such marks. If there is any problem for baby brain. Kindly suggest .
