When my son was 17month baby, he has taken DTwP dose 1 brand name PENTAXIM in private clinic. This was available in govt hospital at free of cost, but due to Corona period I chose private vaccine. Now he is 4 year 2month.I want to switch to Govt. DTwP 2nd dose. Is it ok plz suggest?

Hi is it necessary to apply antibiotic for a knee wound without any sign of infection, to prevent infection...won't it cause future drug resistance if used often... actually I started using it n applied for one day (three dose over)...wound is better...shall I stop it or should I need to complete course since I started if so hw many to use

My 16 month old boy is growing up properly and touching all the milestones but why hasn't he started walking yet. He stands and moves with support but whenever I try to make him walk he forcefully sits on the floor. His weight is also good. Eats all the home cooked food with fruits and vegetables. Someone told me he might have some vitamin deficiency...should I take him to a Paediatrician or wait for some more time?

My baby boy is 9 months and 3 weeks old. He is active and does rolling on both sides. He moves around by rolling. If made to sit, he is sitting firmly without support for few minutes. He has not started sitting on his own. We consulted pediatrician and suggested to encourage him to crawl and sit. With encouragement, he started to do army crawling for three days. After that he is crying if we insist him to crawl and even turn back when put on tummy. We are really worried as he has not started sitting in his own and does not show any attempt to sit. He is happy if made to stand with support. Any suggestion to improve?

Hi doctor, My baby is 5 months old but he is not rolling over on his own yet.  If we help him, he does it easily. He is quite healthy weight wise. Do we need to do anything from our side? Please suggest.

Hello, my child will be turning 3 years this July. He weighs 11 kg and 93 cm long. He is a very active and smart kid. The reason I am posting here is because I am little worried. The cause being as you can see in the attachment, I see a blue coloured lump like thing on his neck on the nerve whenever he cries or exerts some force on the neck muscle. Hello doc , my 2 .2 year old baby boy had fever 3 days ago , we went to the doctors and he said it's a viral fever and he gave clarithromycin, polex10, and sailors pds , his fever is gone now but now he is having frequent urination from 2 days. He is eating well and feeding well ,more than normal days before , we have him cocoon water, ors daily but not today ?? Should I concern about his frequent urination or not ???
