Child Health Issues

My baby was diagnosed with lactose digestion issues when he was one month old.he is now Months old . The doctor told me to feed bm and fm alternatively. I did that for one month and then slowly started giving him more bm feed. Now he rejects fm and only does breastfeeding. He was fine while only breastfeeding then suddenly started doing watery with mucus potty 3 4 times in a day. Potty colour is normal yellow .he is doing this for last 10.days my dr told me to do alternative feed again but baby rejected fm . I don't eat any dairy products In my diet. Can I continue only breastfeeding to my baby?? Is this kind of watery with mucus potty 4 5 times a day normal ? Kindly help

Hello..I am 4 month post delivery...I am having some low energy and hair loss issue..my gynec recommend me to take a multivitamin..but my sister ordered one gummy without consulting...so I checked the ingredient it contains maltital,fos and pectin all ... please help is that safe to take while breastfeeding or does it affect baby...I have attached the ingredient list please help...

In India we have given till 14 weeks vaccination compkete after that we came to oman here they said directly they will give only MR vaccine in 12th month so am confused what to do in India influenza and typhoid they have given we missed that here also mr at 9th month they will give here they said 12completed months please reply what should I do should go back to India?
