Fever with dysentery
My child who is 4 years old suffering from high fever and dysentery. Have given parcetamol in reqular interval but it's not working after some time fever come again.

If it is associated with blood in loose motions then we will call it dysentery. If such is the condition. Antibiotics to be started preferably cefixime. Along with that give ORS, Zinc and probiotics
