Coughing and cold problem
Hi respected Dr. My baby is 2 month old she having cold problem from last 5 days and I am using nasal drop for that but now from last 3 days she having coughing and visited to dr . He said chest is clear but nose is blocked ,so he prescribed us levolin .31 for 3 times in a day . So plz suggest anyone coughing is normal or go away by own . Or this may lead serious problem? . Nose block and coughing right now. She is taking feed.

If cough is not very extensive then only Saline nasal drops are required. May be put every 2 hrly or before feed

Pl continue same. Likely a viral infection. Will take time to settle down

Put nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops 3 times a day in nose

It's upper respiratory tract infection or May be just nasal block, continue nasoclear saline drops 5 drops in each nostril. Just watch respiratory rate. Chest retraction also to be watches for
