Help Needed for My 3-Year-Old's Leg Pain
My 3-year-old girl (12 kg) keeps crying out of leg pain at least four times a month. I checked with a doctor, and she gave a Vitamin D 60000 sachet to be taken once every 15 days for 6 weeks. I don't know how to give this and is this the right dosage. Should it be mixed with water directly? Also, is there any superfood that can help my kid improve calcium and Vitamin D levels? I am really worried about her leg pain. Any advice would be helpful.

Every leg pain is not related to vit D deficiency
Next Steps
There should be raised ALP, low 25(OH)D levels. Only then high doses of vit D are indicated

You can use deksel nano 60,000 IU which is a syrup bottle as an alternative to sachet. Sachet can be dissolved in water or milk. Encourage eggs, milk, mushrooms and fish if non vegetarian diet.
Health Tips

Pain can be of different etiology... Before diagnosing vitamin D deficiency you need to get complete calcium panel. Dose of vitamin d is 60000 IU weekly for 10 weeks after a fatty meal... Better give with milk
Next Steps
Pls evaluate with orthopaedic surgeon also once
