Cold and cough- 3 months old baby girl
My baby of 3 months is having cold and cough with no fever from last 20 days. Did a chest x ray and everything seems normal except mild haziness seen in bilateral lung fields. What does it mean? Is there anything serious?

Mild haziness can be due to pneumonia or may be it is resolving stage
