  4. Iron Supplements - 4 months old. Normal?

Hello doc, I have started trifer drops for my 4 months old girl baby past 2 days as per pediatrician advice  suddenly her poop colour changed to reddish brownish yellow colour.is that's normal ? Quite worried! Please suggest!
