  4. 3 year old Coughs all night. For cough.

3 year old Coughs all night
3 year old keeps coughs all night and vomits and she is fine during the day. we are giving her Syr.cefpodem 50.mg ,5 ml every 12 hrs. Maxtra for cold and Ascaril expectorant for cough.

Needs to be investigated thoroughly if there is no improvement in nocturnal cough. It could be whezzing, postnasal drip of cold etc. Please visit your pediatrician again
