Undigested food in stool
My 12 month baby has constipated last 5 days she poop hard stool once in 2 days but after I gave yogurt from yesterday she is poop 3 times a day and looks like some undigested food in stool .please help is there any issue need to worry baby is active in playing and having food no abnormalities found
