My 6 month old son is having trouble popping and seems constipated. He has passed hard stool day before yesterday with a lot of struggle. Did not poop yesterday. Today again hard stool.
We started giving him puréed food few days back. Like pure if steamed apple, banana and puréed carrot. Is it normal and what should be done?

It's quite common to have this problem at this age especially when new goods have been recently introduced. Visit a pediatrician for assessment. Treatment can be given if needed
