Gastric trouble for my 1 month old kid
My 1 month old kid is having gastric trouble and have been vomiting since last night. We have used colicaid drops but of no use

Commonest cause of vomiting at this age is regurgitation due to overfeeding.
Plz ensure a gap of atleast 2 hours between feeds,burp the baby well,and keep him in an elevated position by keeping a pillow beneath his head and shoulders.
Colicaid has no role.
