Suffering with 102.5 ° fever.using babay gesic 3.5 ml from yesterday...but no result

Hi,my daughter ananya is 1 year and 10 months old.she is extremely active and also is very expressive.However she has not started saying too many words.she says hi and bye and ball and ma but beyond that she does not form sentences.she also babbles a lot but they are not specifically words.i am afraid why this is happening.can you pls advice and suggest?

From last week my 2.5y daughter is sleeping only for 3-4 hours in total night and day, she earlier had very disciplined sleep of 10-11hrs . She makes us to hold her and stand/walk all through day and night, makes us light-massage on her back and stomach. Remains irritable. Pls suggest a solution. Thanks!

Since yesterday night my son is very cranky he is not sleeping fine He is crying He don't have fever or any other issue but unable to fine what's his problem We came for a vacation to India a month ago..

My baby body temperature is high and she is exactly 12 months old. But she is just active but her temperature is about 102. Pls let me know the reason and should I worry about this?

My 10 months old son caught fever around 12 days back and it did not go away from medication, doc did blood test on 7th of April and it was detected that my son has caught typhoid. Doc prescribed some meds for typhoid. My son still has fever. Is it normal for so many days or shall I see another doc.?

Could someone tell me how much should i feed my 3 and half months old baby. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Lately i have noticed that my baby is showing less interest in my breast. To get an estimate of how much is is drinking i have been expressing milk and giving it to her. Tried feeding about 50ml at one shot butShe is totally denying the bottle. Then i had to use a dropper to manually feed her from dropper. After she takes -30 ml she doesn't want to take anymore. Someone please let me know how much and how often she should be drinking.

Hell doctor, 3 days back i went to my native @anantapur (Andhra paradesh ) from bengaluru.here it is up to 40°c temp.my kid not went for toilet .pls suggest!!!
