My baby body temerature
My baby body temperature is high and she is exactly 12 months old. But she is just active but her temperature is about 102. Pls let me know the reason and should I worry about this?

Hello definitely temperature more than 100 has to be treated adequately or else der is a chance for febrile convulsions that can occur you need to do tepid sponging to your baby using a sponge dipped in water or cloth dipped in water consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
