Child Health Issues

My 3.5 yr old son only speaks words like Mama Dada Pa and he had started uttering Dada when he was just 6 month old.....now at 3.5 he is not able to speak properly even he understands things and recognises them......he can play games on mobiles and easily play music......but problem is that he doesn't even speak properly words and whatever he says alone is in his own languages.....pls help what to do

My daughter has recorded a low temperature of 35.c yesterday night and 34.7 today but she is normal and came back to normal above 36 after sometime. Is there anything to worry. Pls confirm.

My cousin met with accident in 2013.so air crack in the temporal bone.3 days she's admitted in hospital.she's fine after 3days..after 15 minutes she's puking continuously and severe head ache and joined in hospital and she's get a mild stroke in left side then she lost her voice and not able to normally and right normally.physically very week,went for so many doctors .now she's can able to walk not properly,but not able speak,main problem she can't to able eat and drunk properly,she can't able to close the both lips automatically,if she want drink,she closed her both lips using pressing the both lips manually,she can able to shout Saying small words yes,ya...we waited for around 3 years..plz help me...

My daughter is 13 months old, she is affected with prickly heat in neck. I've tried prickly heat powder but there is not much improvement. Please suggest me the alternate ways or a lotion.
