I have a 3 month old baby n m breast feeding her. I have got cold sore throat n mild fever..pls suggest me which medicine can I take?

Hello without examination medications cannot be prescribed viral fever...upper respiratory tract infections should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment do salt water gargling 2 to 3 times daily I hope this helps to solve your problem.
