Hi, My 6 month old daughter is suffering from bad cold.Her doc has suggested Nasivion S drops but its nt helping much.One nearby doc has given Sinarest for her bt m not sure if its safe fr the baby.Pls suggest what to do?

Black coloured motion 3-4 Times a day No other complaints please tell me the treatment of this condition.

My boy is exactly a year old. He rolls over & lay on his tummy & sit on his knees ( crawl position) for sometime. He reaches objects . Grabs them n holds them steadily. I see no further improvements at all. No crawling,not sitting. M worried. Is it normal

Hi, My daughter is 1 month old. Her grandmother is applying castor oil on her head on alternate days. I just wanted to know whether castor oil is good for such newborn babies in this winter season or does it affects the baby in any way.

My baby is 18 months old and doesn't drink cows milk earlier we used to give lactogen but based on our doctors advice we changed the milk. But she doesn't like cow's milk. Is there any drink for 18 months kid or can we use horlicks junior or pediasure?

Daughter is 6.5 months and weigh 6.6kg In 5 months she was 6.480kg. The weight gain is only 120gm 6 months she was on mothers milk. After that started with rice..juice..banana..milk but she seems not hungry.also 6 times bowels since last week. Kindly advise if I HV to consult a specialist for her weight issue.

My son has been suffering from recurrent abdominal pain around the navel for the last 1yr. Initially, it usually happens when he starts having food. No diarrhoea or vomiting is involved. His doctor diagnosed it as acidity and accordingly given Lanzol Jr, Mucaine Gel etc. It provided temporary relief but the pain returned after some months post treatment. A second dose was given but the pain returned again. Last deworming with Albendazole was done two-weeks back. Of late he has been complaining of the pain at night or any time of the day either with full or empty stomach. He also has the pain when he feels the tendency to defecate. The pain lasts for a few minutes and subsides after I massage his abdomen gently. He usually does not have a good appetite and is a fussy eater. His is current weight is 16.5kg and height is 103cm. Please advise.

My son is 11month and 2 week old. His weight on 13 June was 8.65 kg. His birth weight was 3.25 kg. He is active throughout the day. And he is NOT a fussy eater. Now he can walk 8 to 10 step without support. And also can follow some simple instructions such as go there now my problem is whoever sees him will say he is too lean and looks weak. My in law suggests me to force feed him. She says that the babies cannot sense whether they are full or not. So we have to force feed him. Is that true? Is my son growing normal? How can I identify if he's malnourished? What fruits and vegetables can I give him now? Which fruit do I need to cook and which can I give raw? Thank you.
