Black coloured motion 3-4 Times a day No other complaints please tell me the treatment of this condition.

If you are giving some iron preparation to the child this must be due to it . Get a routine microscopic and reducing sugars tested in stool  .If normal  then ignore it in a otherwise normal baby .
