My 6year old daughter had fever and vomiting I have given p250 and emeset. now she is suffering from stomach pain is it safe to give cyclobalm

I have this problem in speaking from my childhood. 1. i speak very fast. For me it seems normal but for other person they are unable to understand some time. And some time words are not clear 2. I some time stammer while speaking. For me speaking in English is not usual so when i try to speak something in English though i knowing what to speak but still i start to stammer but in case of Hindi its almost normal 3. And last thing which bother me most is i can not pronounce "R" clearly. When i speak a word which contains R, it comes out as "AR". Can you suggest is any therapy for all the inability is possible. My daughter would turning to 3 years old on 21st January 2017. My daughter has not yet developed talking clearly though she will be blabbering whatever she likes. If you sit with her and talk she would repeat the words exactly though not clearly. But when she is in public she won't utter a word. It's been 3 months she started going to playschool. Teacher are complaining that she is not at all responding orally though she is catching all other activities and they have started interacting with her using signs. They are forcing us to have her speech therapy done. I am really confused of its normal thing for a child to develop late speech. She is talkative at home but not elsewhere.

Hell all...my baby is suffering from viral fever from last four days only during night time..normally viral fever will be effected how many days...

My daughter ishita (4 y/o) has fever from past one week or so...we did a couple of blood and other tests by which we noticed that her wbc count which was 8800/cu.mm a week ago has now increased upto 10400/cu.mm. our family physician has recommended us to hospitalize her but she's too young for it and never had such kind of experience or history of such things...so please help us with the same...thanks

Why do babies fall sick so often..my baby falls sick almost every month..sometimes for the entire month..he is 10 months old..how should i improve his immunity..he keeps falling sick with differnt things like cold ,fever ,diarrhea stomach infection , ear infection etc.. He is brstfeed baby and still he has a weak immunity. Pls help on how to improve his immunity as he takes time to recover also.

Last night my baby boy 7 days old umbilical stump has fallen off. Today I've noticed yellowish puss like fluid oozing out. Didn't touch it. Whether it's an emergency or when to consult Pediatrician?
