Is he itching at the same site? Or did he have cold or fever? Is he teething or drooling? Or it could also be due to excessive dryness It would have been helpful if you could have attached a picture of the rash. For now, try applying coconut oil or Aloe Vera gel and if it still doesn't subside, consult your pediatrician or dermatologist
