My child is 1.7 years old and now a days when he crying, he hold his breath and faint. Then we bounce him in air and catch then he come in normal mode. We are in fear and dont want any bad thing happen to my infant. Please guide

Hi my daughter is about 2 years old now but she does not speak much words although she knows how to speak those words. She prefers to communicate through shouting or crying. Her birth was a normal birth and all other progress is quite normal. She started walking at 10 months and her heigh and weight is normal. She says a few words like mama, nana, mummy, dada etc but only when we insists her. Shall we wait or it is a problem. Am a mother of 3months old baby girl. When my baby girl will be 4th month I should start working.. As I was a working women. I was on maternity leave til now. Usually they say til six months we have to do breast feeding. In my condition it's difficult so slowly I have to start supplements food for my baby. My work timings is 8.30 to 5.00. In between once or twice I can get permission to go and feed my baby since my work place is near to my home. Can i start lactogen for my baby. Is ragi sere good wen my baby completes 4 months.
