Aspiration

My old year old might have had aspiration when I tried feeding tonoferon. He cried and face turned red and he coughed up a lot. He had cough mild cold and very mild fever 2 days later. He was on levolin and xzyta for 5 daysl.. with paracetamol sps. He is active and with no more symptoms except mild cold. Should I be worried anymore?
