Child Health Issues

My kid is 18 months old and having fever since yesterday evening .Current reading on thermo meter is 100F ( no other symptoms observed) Please do suggest medication if any Baby weight is :10kg

My son 6 weeks old has  red spots on his face and the skin feels really dry at those places. Earlier till last week they looked more like acnes and now are dry red spots. Is this normal? How soon would they go away? Any oils or powder should we use?

My baby is 2 months old. When he was born and till today , every time when he stretches and sometimes his legs was shaking. One leg at a time. Either left or right. Is this normal ?

My son is 4 years old. He is not eating food properly regularly for last 1.5 months. He eats all things except food.  He used to eat 2 chapatis two times a day and milk 2 glasses a day and between snacks nuts and more. But from last 1-2 months, his diet has been reduced. We have to feed him forcefully after many temptation. Still he eats half of his diet. But other things he is eating properly. Like nuts , snacks milk , grams . What is the reason behind it. Also he go for potty 5 days in a week  from starting . Hard stick type. That cause blockage of pot. What syrup should I use. We are only giving him zincovit syrup for about a year daily . He has also nose allergy. He keeps picking his left nostril most of time. So he injured his nostril . (Papdi bani rahti hai) nostril keeps dry. How to deal.

Hello, I was concerned about my baby boy's weight, he is 11 months old. His birth weight was 3kgs and now his weight is 7.9kg. He is active and crawling and has the urge to stand up but not able to stand on his own , we hold him and he stands for some seconds. I had stopped breast feeding him after 7 months, due to no milk supply and I give him ragi and multi grain malt made with Nandini milk everyday about 600-700ml, he also eats 2-3 meals, porridge or khichdi. Please let me know if I should include some formula milk or anything I need to do to increase baby weight in healthy approach. Please also advise if his weight is okay for his age.
