My one year old baby started pooping 2-3 times a day for the last 3-4 days.Earlier he used to Poop once in a day. Poop is normal no watery or any loose motions.Color is yellow . He has no other complaints like fever or pain .He is active throughout the day and playful. Is it normal ? His weight is approx 8.9kg.He eats home cooked food ,fruits,roi,sabji rice dal etc. Please guide

I have a 3.5 month old baby and breastfeeding. Due to body aches and pain my doctor gave me injections of B12 and suggested Mecol OD once a day. For last two days suddenly my baby is pooping a lot and ho used to poop only once a week. He is now pooping everyday and is more cranky and passing sticky gas. Can it be because of the Mecol od? I am also having stomach trouble. Can this medicine be passed to my baby? Should I stop?
