Child Health Issues

Hi Expert, My son is 19 months old. He bables , makes sound, shows non verbal communication, social and active. He has yet not started speaking words. During the last routine check up, our pediatrician prescribed Cognium Syrup (5ml twice a day) and said it tried and tested medicine that would help in the development of the baby's verbal skill. Is it safe medicine and are we supposed to give this for baby's verbal language development. Or it is normal to wait for a few months for the baby to speak. Thanks & Regards Swarna

My daughter 6yr old passes gas many times in a day .there is no any stomach pain motion is normal food eating pattern is good .is it matter of concern

1.5 yr old daughter is having severe constipation. Giving her syp piclin but she is crying and saying potty. Went to pediatrician he said she is holding and pushing potty backwards and gave anovate cream to apply to pass stools for pain relief but nothing is helpful. Daughter is crying continuously and still not passing stool. Pls suggest what else can be done now?

I've seen many videos on social media where doctors advise against giving salt and sugar to children under 1 year, but my pediatrician says to include salt and sugar. Hi, My 2yrs old baby is develop dry coughing from 1week ...he coughs a lot in the morning after waking up and sometimes in day and while sleeping...but specially after waking up...he is doing fine he hasn't fever runny nose anything...he is eating food normally.  ..
