Child Health Issues

Hello doctor my newborn baby girl age is just 5days. Her all blood test screening reports are normal. Only TSH level is greater than 100. Is this curable or has no cure? I heard that because of high thyroid level  babys have restrict growth level and they become mentally challenged kid. I am very much worried. As a new mom I dont understand what to do... Pls suggest me...

We had a baby boy 2 weeks before and since he was born 37 weeks he wasnt able to latch properly. Its been 2 weeks and my wife only had around 25-30 ml milk per feed upon pumping. We bought a electric pump and started pumping since yesterday. Is there a possiblility of increase milk production? We are practicing our baby to latch and sometime he latch for few minutes and then starts crying.
