Child Health Issues

My daughter is only 3 months old. Affected skin rashes and it spreads the whole body. We don't know what  the reason is. I have attached some photos of skin problem. Please provide best solution for this .

My twin babies(girl and boy), having constipation for an month, we started solids a month ago (rice porridge and ragi porridge and apple) they started to have poop in black(solid texture) first and followed by yellow normal poop. They were active and having aptamil milk. And they just entered 6 month last week. I was informed black poop is blood leakage. Is thst true. Because both my babies having the same issue first time they will have black followed yellow color. Attached image. Please help with my question. Was very worried

My baby is having chicken pox from yesterday. Any medicine need to be given ? Or it will cure by itself.

Baby's temperature it's been 48hrs now the fever is coming and going it was between 100-101, now it's 101.7 I dunno I am giving all the medicine even 2 doses of redisyp 3 ml antibiotic is on, I m very tensed normally his fever use to go down by 2nd day, but this time it doesn't seem so I am very worried please help and guide

My son 17 month old got typhoid fever. After treatment he discharged from hospital and now doing good. Doctor gave antibiotics for 10 more days. What is the diet i need to follow for the baby? Can we give nonveg soup to the baby?

Hi it's been 62hrs now baby is having fever between 100-101, it's coming after giving paracetamol then rising again in 6-8hrs, our doctor gave antibiotics redisyp-3ml ,twice. My baby female 2month 2weeks while drinking milk every time choking will happen what to do getting to much fear she is having vomiting issue putting domstal syrup 1ml every six hours. Will get too much fear recently while putting in droper the ultra d3 drops at a time she galloped full one ml and not crying or talking her was half open bended down wards and burfed than she starting crying plz help regarding the issue
