Overdose of dolo 120 mg
Gave 14 ml of dolo 120mg syrup to 3yr old weight: ~12kg mistakenly for high fever at night 10 pm yesterday.
When again can we give next dose as she still has fever and complains of some abdominal pain.
Please suggest.

Skip one dose of paracetamol.give tepid sponging if fever occurs .can give next dose after 6 to 8 hrs.consult pediatrician for abdominal pain
