Child Health Issues

One of my 2 month old twin boy doest sleep well. Grunts a lot and has colic issues. I feed him properly ( combination feed- Formula plus breastfeeding) formula used for now is Aptamil gold. I am giving colicaid regularly with Neopeptine sometimes as directed by one of the pediatrician but still he seems to be in pain. Please advice what is permanent solution for this as i can't keep giving him colicaid drops every now and then.

My one year old cried heavily while taking tonoferon. Started coughing a lot and face turned red with watery eyes. Is this aspiration? Should I take the baby to the doctor? It happened only once and she started having a cough,cold and fever the next day.

My baby girl 22 MONTH OLD IS HAVING  WEIGHT 8.8 KG.BIRTH WEIGHT 2.6 KG. SHE is eating everything,playing and fully active baby,speaking is also good but weight increase is very slow.she has undergone some tests(stool exam ,vitamin D total 25 Hc, serum calcium,urine analysis,total thyroid profile,rft ,lever function test,crp,haemogram test)in which observed value is not good in SOME test(T3 2.90,SERUM VITAMIN D TOTAL -10.1,SERUM URIC ACID -2.0,SERUM SGOT/AST - 35,SERUM C reactive protein  -8.5,HB-11,mcv-79.7,MCH-26.1,RED cell distribution width cv-16.2 ,Neutrophils-37, absolute  lymphocyte count-6534, Absolute monocyte count- 1089.copy of 2 test  are attached. pls guide sir .

Hi, My son is in fever around 103. Doctor prescribed combiflam which I gave him but still after 2 hours fever is not decreasing. Please suggest how much time combiflam took nrmally to work. Also suggest if I can gave meftagesic after combiflam after 6 hours  if not then how much time I need to wait for next dose

Hello Doctor, Is it necessary to use sunscreen for kids. My son is 2 years and 4 months old. Until now I didn't use any sunscreen for him. Only using atogla baby products. Can you please suggest baby sunscreen lotion. And is it Mandatory to apply in rainy season and when in indoors also? Please suggest. Thank you.
