My kid is having light cold and cough from yesterday.from today he is having fever of 100 degree. please give syrup with how much dosage  for it. age 3 years 8 months weight 13.2 kg

My baby 2and half month old ,there is no pus and pain in belly button ,looks wet only every time will dry again just wet ,want to know how long take time to heal belly button for babies ,Doctor also given a t bact ointment for baby 3 days

My one year baby has not started walking yet. He walked with support and stand without support very well but not walking independently. His all milestones are achieved on time till date. He is active and eats home cooked food and crawls very well . Is there anything to worry about?
