Child Health Issues

My baby is 44 days Olds today . Doctor prescribed vitamin d3 from 1st month itself.. and iron drops from 2nd month.. can I give vitamin d3 at morning and iron drops at afternoon? Or both should be given at morning itself ? Please help..

I have 2.5 yr old son...he understand everything what we say and follow it he speaks one word only likepapa ,mamma,mama,mami ....etc..he doesnot speak 2-3 sentence at thisage is it normal...how to teach them. .when we give water he always keep open upper portion open he doesnot close how to teach ..I m worried

My daughter is 8 yrs old but she is not behaves like a 8 yrs she is very much poor in studies and also in writing and she also have speech delay what can I do to her to overcome from this allproblem ,please help me out

My baby got 6th week vaccination today.. and paediatric advised to give first dose of 0.6 ml immediately after reaching home, so we gave it around 11.15 am, then still fever was there around 101 , then second dose around 4.30 pm and still fever is there , so shall we wait for 6 hrs or can give before 6 hrs.. i am attaching medicine pic

My 2 month old Baby has umbilical hernia . Doctor told it will settle down in 2 years. Since last week , he has diarrhea also. Mild viral infection. With probiotics 0.5ml per day and z and d drops it's settling down. He is passing more gas and I'm able to hear a rumbling noise from the umbilical hernia protrusion. I have heard this sound while pressing it earlier. Now i can hear the noise even without touching it .. He doesn't cry on touching it. No discoloration. But after every feed or movement I'm hearing that noise. Is it due to the diarrhea problem or umbilical hernia.. should I visit the doctor immediately?

My baby is 11 months old but did not say mamma papa, when baby was 7 months old use to say mumma pa some times but now baby has stopped and scream like ohhh, na, aye, tapa. I don't know what baby say.

My baby is 50 days old.he sleeps well during the day but at night doesn't sleep and cries a lot. Why is this happening ? Please help

My babies stomach is not getting full solely with breast milk so have to give him formula milk. Can you please recommend how much formula can be given to new born in a day ? Currently he consumes roughly 90ml per day, but he doesn't seem satisfied with hunger as rest of the time it's breast milk

Hello doctor, I am really worried as pediatrician has asked us to do 2d echo of our 14 month old baby girl. Her birth weight was 2.54 and at 14 months it's 7.5 and her height is 73 cm. As per doc it's weight has only increased 2 kgs after 6or 7 month so is it relevant ro do 2d echo and why it must have been advised? Pls let me know as I am worried a lot.

My 11 month baby problems are multiple lymph nodes at lower head and one lymph node at groin area... Otherwise he don't have any other problems. Very active and eating very well. I visited my pediatrician to consult this problem. And blood test was done. I have enclosed the report with this... Kindly advise me .. is this serious problem ... and should I monitor this long time??? Since three months these  lymph nodes are there When it ll disappeared
