Mother not able to do baby feeding milk not coming from brest,so what the subtitute to feed the baby

My two month old baby is on similac sensitive. She will eat an ounce and then start screaming but still indicate hunger. After about an hour she will finish eating and formula will come out of her nose and a little bit out of her mouth. She will continue to cry and put her legs out straight. She eventually calms down but always crys while eating.

My daughter had fever and I gave her crocin ds 8ml. After that she had frequent urination and feeling lot of pain. Please suggest
