My 25 old days baby having jaundice the bilirubin level is 15 and his blood group is A negative and my blood group is also A negative is there any problem pls help me

My baby is three months old and till today in the night or day time she never used to cry frequently once feeding is done she is used to have good sleep from yesterday she is not sleeping properly and in the frequent of 1 hour and in the night Same she is doing She is not having cold, fever ...how to identify why she is crying make it cure
