Child Health Issues

My 2.5 year old daughter is often complaining of hard stool and pain in doing it. Please suggest, thank you.

My 4 year baby boy is not speaking as other kids of same age group speaks. He has attention deficiency and hyperactive problem. Very Few words he speak like Mummy, Papa, some of the kids name he able to remember and like some words 'where are you going" What are you doing" etc. but few word. could you please confirm whom I need to consult.

Hi doc , When can I give medicine ( multi vitamin , vitamin D and iron drops)for my 4 month old  daughter whether before or after feed ? Especially Is it ok to give iron drops before feed because she vomits milk if I give her iron drops after feed . Till I gave her iron drops she was looking Buffy but once I stopped it due to vomiting her face has become dull that is her face is not much buffy now . So can I give her iron drops before feed ? Pls help on this
